ORDERS AND TRACKING

How can I place an order? 

Two methods are available after adding desired items to your cart:

To order as a guest:

  • Click on the 'Shopping Bag' button and proceed to Checkout
  • Enter all your required shipping and billing information
  • Click on 'Confirm' and verify your email for a Sales Order Summary

To order with an Eclatwear account:

  • Click on the 'Shopping Bag' button and proceed to Checkout
  • Click on "Continue to Payment Method' and choose your method
  • Click on 'Complete Order' and verify your email for a Sales Order Summary

How do I know about the confirmation of my order?

You will get a confirmation mail including the details of your order and order ID. You will receive another mail once your order has been shipped.

How do I track my order?

Upon successful payment, your order will be confirmed, and we will provide you with the tracking details for your order. You will receive an email and SMS with a link to track your order. You can also track it from your Eclatwear account.

What is the distinguished point between Tracking ID and Order ID?

Your Order ID will be used to verify and identify your order and will be a part of the Order Sales Summary email. In addition, another email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched with your Tracking ID, which will allow you to check the status of your delivery on the courier's website.

What if an item is not available?

We try to keep all products in stock. However, if the item you want is unavailable, you can email us at info@ elactawear.com, and we will notify you once the product is available.

ACCOUNT

Is it mandatory to create and register an account before placing an order?

You can place your order and Checkout as a guest. However, having a registered account makes it more convenient to track orders, receive updates of offers, and maintain your wishlist.

How can I update/edit my shipping or billing address details?

Go to 'My Account and click on 'Edit' at the address tab to enter your new address.

How do I make an account?

To create your very own Eclatwear Online Account, follow these simple instructions: 

Click on the 'Register' button on the top corner of the home page. 

Click on the 'Create an Account button. 

What if I forget my password?

In the event of a forgotten password, simply:

Click on 'Forgot Password on the sign-in page. Enter your email address Click on the link sent to you in your email address. Enter your new password.

PAYMENT 

What are my payment options?

You can make payments through Net Banking, debit/credit cards issued by any of the authorized banks in Pakistan. We also provide Cash on Delivery services to our valuable customers. 

Are there any other hidden charges?

There are no extra charges that you have to pay. The final cost communicated during Checkout includes all taxes and other expenses. So there are no additional charges beyond that.

What are the terms for Cash on Delivery (COD)?

To avail of COD, please follow these instructions.

. At the time of Checkout, choose 'Cash on Delivery.  

Upon the courier's receipt, check for the genuine receipt and pay only the price mentioned in cash.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card to make payments?

All payment information on our website is processed on a fully encrypted and secured platform and kept confidential, with only authorized personnel accessing our customers' data.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Ensure that the payment information you have given is accurate. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is usually reimbursed to your bank account within seven business days. You can email us at sales@infoeclatwear, com or give us a call at +92 03207321834.

DELIVERY

How much time will it take to get my order?

It usually takes 1-4 business days for the orders for those who reside in Lahore and 4-7 business days for the rest of Pakistan. However, please note that the delivery time may vary based on public holidays, weather conditions, shipping address, etc.

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

It is the policy of almost all courier companies to attempt to deliver the order package thrice before returning it to the warehouse. The same will apply to our shipments. Therefore, please provide your mobile number and address so the courier can contact you before delivery.

How do I check the delivery status?

On your courier dispatch, you will be given a Tracking ID for your order via Email or SMS. In addition, you can log on to Courier Partner's websites for orders; just mention your tracking ID and track your order.
